Tips and advice on getting the most from your lesson

Speak to your nervous system in the way it will best respond:

  • Do each movement slowly

  • Use minimal muscular effort 

  • Make each movement small

  • Make each movement easy and comfortable

  • Rest between each movement 

  • Don't compete, even with yourself

  • Don’t do any movements that are uncomfortable

  • Take a break; no need to push, force, or stretch

  • Turn your attention inward to sense and feel yourself.

  • When the lesson is over, notice everything that has changed.
