Tips and advice on getting the most from your lesson
Speak to your nervous system in the way it will best respond:
Do each movement slowly
Use minimal muscular effort
Make each movement small
Make each movement easy and comfortable
Rest between each movement
Don't compete, even with yourself
Don’t do any movements that are uncomfortable
Take a break; no need to push, force, or stretch
Turn your attention inward to sense and feel yourself.
When the lesson is over, notice everything that has changed.
